ABSTRACT
Tribute paid to Dr, Sergio Del Valle Jiménez, outstanding revolutionary figure, major-general and hero of the Republic of Cuba, obstetrician, graduated in 1954, participant and clandestine warfare, member of the Ejército Rebelde (rebel army) under de command of the unforgettable Camilo Cienfuegos. He handled many positions, among them, Minister of Interior and furthermore Minister of Public Health.
