ABSTRACT

Health is the science of to prevent the illness and to foment the individual's physical and mental well-being. Is necessary to begin of the accusations of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, exposed in ¨The History will absolve me¨, to speak of the development of the Medicine in Cuba. The study of Health's Fidel's thought allows to corroborate what Cuba makes for the health of other towns, to check the privilege of the traveled road and the possibility of making of the earth a paradise. 18 updated bibliographies were consulted with the objective of demonstrating how the principles of the Public Cuban Health are manifested through Fidel's thought. It concluded that the achievements obtained by our country in this area and the principles that sustain their development are the materialization of Fidel's Marxist ideas, it guides in the fight to transform the homeland into a medical world power.
