ABSTRACT

The anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the main pulmonary artery is a relatively common congenital heart disease. In spite of its high mortality in the first year of life, those patients affected by this condition may reach adulthood. The case of a 28-year-old woman with this disease, and its angiographic diagnosis, is reported.
