ABSTRACT

Discipline in different moments of the residence medical should be exercised by the authority in order to facilitate the development and training of residents by professionals, avoiding attacks and creating learning opportunities; to apply discipline, resident must put aside the authoritarianism and the permissibility and support its application in law and its rules.
