ABSTRACT

The formation of human resources, in the school of nursing at the National Institute of Cardiology Ignacio Chávez, in its 70 year history, has responded to the expectations of a globalized world in various aspects such as: scientific, technological, social and educational system. Educational programs, develop a quality education with equitable and social relevance that responds to the needs of the student, in the workplace, health sector, as well as at national and international level, which allows you to consolidate the national plan of development in health and education. This has been achieved, thanks to the work of professionals, who have been part of the school of nursing and the Institute, for that reason, it is important to collect and disseminate the highlights that have allowed to continue fulfilling its purpose.
