ABSTRACT

Eosinophilic cellulitis, also known as Wells syndrome, is an inflammatory skin disease, which is often misdiagnosed as an infectious cellulitis, as their clinical manifestations are similar. We present a 38-year-old female patient with a dermatotis of her left cheek and arms with clinical findings suggestive of cutaneous lupus erythematosus associated with erythema multiforme (Rowell’s syndrome).
