ABSTRACT
The methodological document was designed considering the necessity of overcoming the quality in one of the essential processes of the area of Science and Technological Innovation in the University of Medical Sciences of Holguín: the preparation of records for Decoration Sello Forjadores del Futuro of the Youth Technical Brigades, category YOUNG. It was implemented in all the entities of health of the province by means of the preparation and training of the officers of the area of Science and Technique, managers of this task in the different faculties and subsidiaries, persons in charge to promote activities of scientific technical between young front-line people in the search of scientific technical and investigating information. This methodology abode by the requirements established by the National Management of the movement, uplifted the quality in confection and the delivery of the files with saving of materials and resources. For his advantages, the sector health caught up with a number of seals granted never before obtained.REFERENCES
