ABSTRACT

Recently an outstanding Cuban urologist, Dr. Vigil as everyone knew him, who worked in Las Villas province, passed away. His relevant work, not only as a doctor but also as a teacher and researcher, is made known through his biography, which is how his students honor him and the main purpose of this article.
