ABSTRACT

Many have been efforts from different disciplines of knowledge by promoting the development of labor organizations, especially those that respond to issues that go beyond the framework of the structural, economic and productive to focus on own subjectivity organizational phenomena. The need for guiding strategies that bet on socio-psychological transformations in labour organizations, that split, among other aspects, of the modification is increasing and change in the way in which human relationships within them, which would promote an alternative to the way in which it is intended, are built feels and lives the culture of organizations and the different phenomena that are expressed in it. It is precisely this idea that intends to put into dialogue in this article, from the thinking and critical analysis that emerge from an appreciative inquiry process in the context of a University community. This has been considered structured this work in three fundamental moments. The first will address some general considerations about the methodology of AI. A second time describing the actual process from a critical analysis of each of its stages from the behavior of the subjects, and finally, will be some reflections on methodological order that will be the points of reference for future practices with this methodology.
