ABSTRACT

This paper tries to account for the questions regarding the place and to make ethical and clinical analyst in situations of subjective urgency, specifically prison inmates and prosecution. Hold practice in the field of justice, it involves walking up the winding path through which pass the truth, justice, law, rules as signifiers Masters Other. Thus, the fall of the institutions impacts the social imaginary producing the fantasy of creating the laws themselves as if they were universal laws. Symptoms and / or disorders that appear in this connection are: violence manifested in self or hetero behavior, theft, addiction, depression. The so-called violence in all its ranges, with much media press and propaganda stereotypes of "violent", through mass media hegemonic communication, no longer played in the word but in the body or the other. Clinical challenges us in its permanent movement, reinterrogando the framework of the analytical device, constantly calling us to appeal to the invention as a possible strategy.
