ABSTRACT

The quality in the administration and the services in Public Health depend on a set of factors, in which the organizational climate has great importance, since this can have a significant impact on the results of the institution.
In the health institutions, the Moral Collective Movement is a powerful political tool aimed at educating workers and their leaders. One of the elements to be taken into account in the organizational management processes, change and innovation is constituted by the organizational climate and in this way the Colectivo Moral movement acquires relevance, both in the processes and in the results, and directly affects the quality of the system itself and its development.
