Sinonasal fibrosarcoma

ABSTRACT

Sinonasal Fibrosarcoma is a rare malignancy in tumors of the head and neck, it does not discriminate gender and mainly occur in people between the fourth and fifth decade of life, their behavior tends to be of poor prognosis. We present the case of a 63-year-old male patient who presented nasal obstruction, epistaxis and decreased visual acuity of one year of evolution. On examination, a red, hemorrhagic and friable mass of the right nostril was prominent. It has been made extirpation by endoscopic surgery.
