ABSTRACT

The paper deals with environmental education in the first year students of the career of Hygiene and epidemiology, from a methodological alternative, which allowed to raise the quality of the training of these students for their future performance and to offer quality in the services that are provided, as environmental pollution has a negative effect on health. It was concluded that the methodological alternative favors the strengthening of the environmental education of the Health Technologist of the career Hygiene and Epidemiology in the teaching-learning process.
