ABSTRACT

The program of the discipline Preparation for Defense includes basicand specific subjects, whose abilities do not always correspond to the professional skills, in addition they must be leveled with the practice of the profession, and this problem materializes in the analytical programs. With the purpose of concretizing in a coherent and uniform way these documents in the different scenarios ,this theoretical support for the discipline that was dedicated, this cross-sectional and development retrospective study was carried out with a discretionary sample in the Department of Defense Preparation of the University of Guantánamo Medical Sciences, in the course of 2014-2015, that were analyzed in the teacher variable dimensions on knowledge of the Curriculum, cognitive nodes and interdisciplinary relationships, as a result in teachers increased teaching mastery by matching skills for years With discipline and in students a more meaningful learning.
