ABSTRACT

In the last two decades we have faced the emergence of a formerly invisible need, and this is the quality of care to users of health services both public and private, the above due to their situation of vulnerability, psychological and physical, especially in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Therefore, it is extremely important to know and recognize what are sexual and reproductive women’s rights on which any health system, anywhere in the world, should operate to provide quality care to their users. The present text is the review of different institutional declarations at the international level in the field of women’s reproductive and sexual rights, whose purpose is to provide a scheme of government action to determine if current health care systems meet these standards in human rights.
