ABSTRACT

In the case of neonates with multiple pathologies for which required hospital stay and in prolonged fasting for indefinite periods, is essential for the mother support from nurse with experience on breastfeeding, because the first days are still critical for establishing a nice fall of human milk and the maintenance of satisfactory levels of production without receiving the stimulus the suction the baby, depend mainly of the use of a good extractor of human milk; taking in to account its ease of use and effectiveness inside the hospital and in turn to achieve to strengthen the bond between mother and child. This paper reports on the implementation of techniques of human milk with extractor connected to the vaccum, is done at Children’s Hospital of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, which poses no any economic costs for the institution; besides there is a written authorization of the 24 breastfeeding mothers who participated in the use this extraction techniques of human milk, photos and videos recordings.
