ABSTRACT

A 14 year-old patient with a dermatosis located to the mouth, characterized by papilloma-like lesions, with two years of evolution is presented. Diagnosis of focal hiperplasia of the epithelium is done. It is an entity known by odontologists and, should bee known by pediatrician because most of the patients are children or adolescents.
