ABSTRACT

We carried out a review of the most commonly known concepts of the organizational field, approaching value as a scientific category. Their contribution to the occupational world were analyzed and highlighted. It allowed summing up ideas and reflections to direct research and judgments about this psychological process with important weight in the behavior legitimating and adjustment. The importance of its management in Cuban health institutions is shown.
