ABSTRACT

We present the images, both magnetic resonance, computed tomography and gammagraphy obtained during the evolution of a 13-year-old patient with osteosarcoma that developed pulmonary metastases. These images are from diagnosis, treatment and when metastases were detected. Histopathological findings are also described.
