ABSTRACT

The principle of legal assistance, in the quality of health services, is enunciated from the international point of view in the Committee of Economical, Social and Cultural Rights; they are quoted in the principle (d) of quality that should be as appropriate as possible; according to the science and technology for the benefit of human health. The national legislation on health has taken into consideration the quality, trying to respect and replicate in the federal entities of the country, with the idea of being able to cover the needs of citizens and respecting its institutions in charge of the service.
