ABSTRACT

Enchondroma protuberans is an exophytic enchondroma of the long bones, is a rare condition. There are 7 reports in the world literature with only 2 hand cases. We report an Enchondroma protuberans of the little finger middle phalanx of the left hand 8th in the literature and 3rd in the hand treated with marginal resection and intramedullary curettage. The diagnosis is based on the clinical assessment, X-rays and magnetic resonance.
