ABSTRACT

In Cuba, the follow-up and control of the canine rabies is center on the activity of promotion, control and prevention of the people’s health and the responsibility in the managing of the domestic and wild animal, today it is in the Municipal Centers of Hygiene and Epidemiology of every territory in particular. The use of the historical - logical, the documentary analysis methods and the systemic structural functional approach for the research in the theoretical level, allowed to the author to identify and to determine the theoretical essential foundations that sustain the production of the educational strategy for the family doctors and nurses in managing rabies.
