ABSTRACT

At the universities of Medical Sciences in Cuba, Education at Work allows the training of a professional in medical practice, means to develop knowledge, skills and mastery of the Scientific Method, for application independently and creatively in their daily work In this way, it will develop a teaching-care integration and apply the research method in social medical practice, encouraging in the search for solutions that help population health. Participates and develops research tasks linked to related problems in the community, dissemination of results in scientific events, publications, among others.
