Fourteen steps to introduce clinical simulation to the curricula in medicine and health sciences

ABSTRACT
A model designed by the article’s author is proposed in order to introduce clinical simulation to the medical and health sciences curricula. This model focuses on 14 steps developed in two well differentiated sequential phases: eight steps corresponding to the initial phase (“exploratory”) and six corresponding to the second phase (“creative”). The objective is to generate a methodological strategy that supports teachers when requiring curricular reforms that imply the introduction of this didactic and evaluative strategy.
