ABSTRACT

Th e pediatric patient who has an oncological process represents a challenge, which can be diagnostic, or according to the evolution of the disease or the treatment, and the patient, the family and the physician are involved. Each one of them in diff erent aspects but that will take them to situations where decisions will have to be made and each of these have pros and cons according to the perspective that is presented in the evolution, advance or remission of the disease.
