ABSTRACT

Objective: to describe the actions that for the educative work are realizing since the Pre academic direction of Latin American Medicine School (ELAM) to reach the integral formation of students.
Materials and Methods: a descriptive cohort study investigation was carried out about educative work since the strategy developed by the Pre academic course direction of Latin American Medicine School with the view to reach the integral formation of future health professionals from various nationalities.
Results: to describe the actions realized from the Pre academic course, for the educative work that reveal the newfangled of the topic, where is combined the academicians creativity with the students’ potentialities.
Conclusions: the professor’s staff of Pre academic direction of Latin American Medicine School is totally identified with the necessity of the change and gives its contribution, designing for the educative work from its tree dimensions, sociopolitical, curricular and extension’s actions prior identification of potentialities and necessities of the realized work.
