ABSTRACT

Periocular cellulitis is a complication associated to an inflammatory and paranasal sinus infection. A case of a patient with a not adequately medical treatment is presented. The case initial solved in a satisfactory manner by a new medical and endoscopic surgery treatment. We emphasize the importance of the CT scan for an adequated diagnosis.
