ABSTRACT

Correct selection of patients considered candidates to revascularization surgery is regarded as the major challenge surgical staffs may face. As a consequence, a methodology that comprises and adequate pre-surgical preparation, use of myocardial protection methods, make sure long-term coronary permeability, technology implementation and state of the art surgical assistance techniques until post-surgery therapy is perfected.
