ABSTRACT

The objective of this text is a brief genealogy of the dialectic between instituted- instituent, innovate in its time, today an illusion fueling spaces of exception and disarticulation of proposals before powers known as hegemonics disputing the sovereignty of territories, trace the birth giving account of its structure, configuring dissentig subjects, subjectivation space encaouraging the return of the force of law. Operating as machine/device whose objectiive will be to order anda dispose of the dissident subject for the martyr memory in times of the society of the show. It is proposed to think of ways of disarticulating the dialectic heiress of the constituted and constituent powers, reflecting on the gesture as a pure medium to give way to the destitute power, another space for the deactivation of the constituted as an end in a eternal return to hegemony from the dissent sketch to replace the political figure of anonymity and ways of life.
