ABSTRACT
Lately years in Institutions of Higher Medical Educations have been produced transformations address to improve the quality of process that are develop in it. To achieve those purposes, among other elements, is very important the preparation of the executives, who should be trained to identify and select with success goals and tacks that curry off to the successful achievement of the objectives that the institution proposes to get, for this request, executives need scientifical, technical and professional knowledges as well as higher moral valors, that contribute to preserve the conquest achieved and make the necessary changes for the excellent in the formation of the health professionals. The effective preparation of the executives and reserves, demand a theoretical training and an adequate practical training, which will improve the opportunities to measure with objectivity the capacity, habilities and conditions to direct and define with major clearance, the dificiencies and limitations that should overcome and the aspects that require of preparation for a better qualification. The results of different courses developed are presented.REFERENCES
