ABSTRACT

The vertiginous scientific and technological development imposes a challenge to the professors of today’s universities, improving and perfecting the teaching work, depending on the quality of student learning. The objective of this work is to socialize the results obtained from the improvement of the Methodological Orientations of the subject Learning to Learn. The preparation of university professors as teaching professionals forces us to reflect on the ways and methods of the teaching-learning process with a view to their transformation in order to train the professionals in charge. A thorough assessment of the theoretical and methodological references of the Program of the subject Learn to Learn that is taught in the Preparatory Course for students of Medical Sciences requires the deployment of creativity and intelligence of the teaching group of this, in the direction of Premédico, with a view to delivering a better graduate to the medical career at the Latin American School of Medicine.
