ABSTRACT

The temporomandibular joint internal derangement diagnostic and treatment criteria are discussed, it’s cardinal clinical signs and symptoms, the surgical protocols and techniques to treat it at the Clínica de Articulación Temporomandibular at the Universidad del Bajío, are described and discussed.
