ABSTRACT

The nevoxanthoendothelioma or juvenile xanthogranuloma is a rare illness, being the more frequent the solitary variety, however, could introduce in a multiple form, that is important recognize in Paediatrics, since most they of the cases are introduced in the childhood. It is an entity that doesn’t alter the metabolism of lipids, it doesn’t affect the state of health and it doesn’t require treatment. The present case has looks that don’t adjust to the frequent in the literature: it appeared after the year of age, it is of the female sex with a variety multiple micronodular and she has had buds.
