ABSTRACT

The quality of a service, understood as a complete satisfaction of the one who receives it, expresses a globalize policy, which includes the attention given by Medical Institutions. The Integral Attention Clinic of the Battered Child in the National Institute of Paediatrics established an organized multidisciplinary approach offering optimum attention and resolution to the battered child, besides his/her rehabilitation as well as his/her family rehabilitation.
An additional goal is to develop a program of excellent attention to children that allows the prevention of the phenomenon in the world and to be set up as a new culture of health.
