ABSTRACT

Craig Himpan, author of the book Management Malpractice, presents an overview of the various mistakes that are often made daily in the internal and external work of an organization. When leaders and managers are unable to implement the management principles that have strengthened and unified the world's great companies, or when they allow those principles to be used not for the benefit of the organization but for individuals, the commercial viability of the company. When these managerial errors are not exposed and corrected, we are in the presence of managerial malpractice. Although it has always existed, managerial malpractice is such a deeply rooted phenomenon in recent times that, if not corrected in time, it destroys morale, productivity and, eventually, organization. Among the topics discussed are: innovation, employees, corporate culture, teams and leadership.
