ABSTRACT

Rosacea is one of the most common diagnoses seen in the dermatological practice. The classic presentation of rosacea is easily identified, but we should consider the different types so as to make an opportune diagnoses, specially the ocular type, because it can cause true visual incapacities. We present a woman that starts with ocular rosacea and is not detected and treated until she presents cutaneous lesions.
