RESUMEN

Una de las teorías más importantes de la Terapia Familiar Sistémica con orientación intergeneracional es la de Diferenciación de Bowen. Esta teoría enfatiza la importancia de la dependencia emocional de la persona en su entorno de vinculación emocional como lo es la familia. Las relaciones de pareja son uno de los casos más frecuentes dentro de la práctica clínica. Se llevó a cabo un estudio donde se planteó un instrumento cuantitativo de dependencia emocional. Al llevar a cabo el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio, se planteó como mejor opción el desarrollo de un instrumento para evaluar la diferenciación dentro de la pareja. Se enfatiza la importancia de un instrumento cuantitativo para la evaluación de la Diferenciación.
