RESUMEN
Los trastornos capilares son cada vez mejor diagnosticados
y tratados dentro de los diferentes servicios de atención
médica especializada.
En los últimos años se ha identificado la importancia
del microbioma folicular en el desarrollo de estos padecimientos,
pues además de contar con propiedades únicas,
también aporta un sistema de protección inmunológica que
debe mantenerse en equilibrio, debido a que la disbiosis de
este sistema está relacionada con las frecuentes recaídas
y el daño que se extiende hasta la pérdida del privilegio
inmunológico folicular.
