RESUMEN
Las enfermedades linfoproliferativas con manifestaciones
cutáneas constituyen un grupo heterogéneo de entidades
cuyo diagnóstico requiere una estrecha correlación entre
los hallazgos clínicos, histopatológicos y los exámenes
complementarios.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo relatar un caso de
linfoma cutáneo de células T con expresión de CD30, destacando
los retos diagnósticos que conlleva, así como discutir
aspectos relacionados con el pronóstico y las limitaciones
terapéuticas.
