ABSTRACT

Cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders comprise a heterogeneous group of entities whose diagnosis necessitates a rigorous correlation between clinical presentation, histopathological findings, and ancillary studies. This report presents a case of CD30-positive primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, emphasizing the diagnostic challenges, prognostic implications, and the therapeutic limitations associated with this entity.
