Ectopia lentis familiar esencial, reporte de un caso y opciones de manejo

RESUMEN

Se presenta un caso de ectopia lentis familiar esencial con herencia autosómica dominante en una paciente con obesidad mórbida. Se descartaron otras posibles causas de subluxación congénita y se revisaron las opciones terapéuticas para estos casos.
