Quiste coloide del tercer ventrículo: presentación de caso y revisión bibliográfica

RESUMEN
Mujer de 41 años de edad con cefalea bifrontal, con intensidad
de 9/10, de cuatro meses de evolución, incrementa al despertar
y mejora en posición de decúbito. La paciente manifiesta, además,
diaforesis y síncope. En estudio con tomografía computada
en fase simple se observó una imagen de forma redondeada, hiperdensa,
bien delimitada que ocupaba el techo del tercer ventrículo.
En la resonancia magnética potenciada en la secuencia
T1 se identificó forma hiperintensa que ocupaba el agujero de
Monro y que, en la secuencia potenciada en T2, se observaba
hipointensa. Se realizo exéresis por endoscopia y neuronavegación.
Se reportó quiste coloide.
