Management of a brain abscess by neuronavigation, about a clinical case

ABSTRACT

We present the case of a 26-year-old male patient, with a history of ventricular septal defect and tricuspid atresia, who presented with intense throbbing headache of 24 hours of evolution, in whom a frontal brain abscess was diagnosed by means of spectroscopy and cerebral tractography, which was approached by neuronavigation.
