ABSTRACT

Introduction: the Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome is a congenital disorder characterized by vaginal agenesia, variable uterine development, and functional ovaries. There have been described conservative and surgical techniques to create a space that allows penetration. Case report: a 18-year-old woman with primary amenorrhea and vaginal agenesis that desires to initiate an active sexual life. We create a neovagina with McIndoe's technique using a biological porcine graft. Conclusion: the vaginoplasties with xenografts decrease the morbidity associated with autologous grafts.
