ABSTRACT

A 64-year-old female patient with previous diagnoses of systemic arterial hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and G3 chronic kidney disease, as well as recurrent pneumonic processes. High-resolution chest tomography is performed, finding the right aortic arch of type I (mirror pattern) as an anatomical variant; a variant is corroborated through aorta angiotomography.
