ABSTRACT
We present a 52-year-old man with Parry-Romberg syndrome (PRS) history who was treated for upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGB) and hypovolemic shock. Study protocol showed no origin of bleeding, and due to persisting hemodynamic instability, an exploratory laparotomy was performed, finding multiple jejunal diverticula. We present this case to propose a possible association between PRS and gastrointestinal abnormalities.REFERENCES
