Orbital compartment syndrome is an ophthalmological emergency due to increased intraorbital pressure, which can cause irreversible vision loss. Computed tomography is a fundamental tool for rapid and correct diagnosis, identifying the sign of "ocular tenting", defined as a posterior angle of the eyeball less than or equal to 130 degrees.
