ABSTRACT
A prospective and comparative research work was carried out using doppler ultrasound to observe the components of the Bernoulli equation and its changes when performing the passive leg lift maneuver, 39 patients of both sexes were included, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the design of this study, it was observed that patients with tricuspid regurgitation velocity greater than 2.7 m/sec correlates with non-responders to volume modifying the parameters that make up the Bernoulli equation, which points to the probable outcome of pleural effusion and heart failure.
