ABSTRACT
The treatment of melanomas can include amputation of the affected limb, although this represents a significant decrease in the patient's functionality; isolated limb perfusion can be used for its prevention, in which antineoplastic treatment is administered. We present the case of a patient with recurrent melanoma who underwent isolated perfusion of the right limb and lymph node resection.
