ABSTRACT
Renal anomalies are common findings in patients with Turner syndrome, with a reported prevalence of up to 33%. The most frequently associated malformations include horseshoe kidney and other abnormalities of the collecting system. Although pelvic kidney is not commonly mentioned in reviewed studies, its identification is clinically relevant. Systematic nephrourological evaluation in girls with Turner syndrome is essential to detect these congenital anomalies early and to reduce the morbidity associated with this condition.REFERENCES
